Store Team Leader/Supervisor/Member (SM Megamall)

Retail Assistants (Retail & Consumer Products)

  • Supervise and lead the store team, including froyo artisan, cashiers, and other staff.
  • Provide guidance, training, and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure that workload distribution is balanced.
  • Motivate and inspire team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer issues or complaints.
  • Ensure that all team members adhere to company standards for customer service, including greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Drive sales and meet or exceed store targets through effective merchandising, upselling, and suggestive selling techniques.
  • Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to maximize sales.

Inventory Management:

  • Oversee inventory management processes, including receiving shipments, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure that products are adequately displayed and organized to maximize sales and minimize shrinkage.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to provide a pleasant shopping environment for customers.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Serve as a liaison between store management and team members, communicating expectations, goals, and updates effectively.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encouraging teamwork and cooperation among team members.

Performance Evaluation and Development:

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the store team.
