What does this role entail?

As a Junior Media Buyer at Inspire Labs, you will play a crucial role in assisting the media buying team in planning and executing advertising campaigns across various media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google. You'll work closely with a dedicated team, gaining hands-on experience in the ever-evolving field of media buying.

What are the things expected of me?

  • Collaborate with senior media buyers to develop and execute effective media plans.
  • Conduct market research to identify the best media platforms to reach target audiences.
  • Work with creative teams to ensure timely delivery of ad materials.
  • Manage advertising budgets and make necessary adjustments for campaign optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports on campaign status and key performance metrics.
  • Maintain open communication with the internal teams.

What proficiencies are expected from me?

  • Recent Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and the ability to write and speak in Western English is a must
  • Familiarity with media buying tools and software is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

How else can I contribute?

  • While prior experience in media buying is not mandatory, internships or coursework in advertising, marketing, or media studies can be beneficial.
  • A strong desire to learn and excel in the exciting world of media buying.
