- Execute business strategies across product portfolio to achieve sales results
- Conduct business analysis, develop and maintain district business plan in order to execute business strategies
- Provide coaching on assertive selling, territory management. pre and post-call planning, clinic role plays, analyzing business trend and identifying business opportunity
- Implement sales and marketing programs to support Sun Pharma's plan for growth in the assigned district
- Recruit, screen and hire top talent for the district
- Create an environment of learning and growth for long term success, development and retention of talent.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in Pharmaceutical Sales handling ethical products
- Prior experience in CNSline is a plus
- With strong leadership and communication skills
- Candidate must be permanently residing in Metro Manila and Davao City
