About Our Client

Our client is a multinational company with strong global presence in the electronics industry.

Job Description

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's technical products or services, as well as the industry and market trends.
  • Develop sales strategies and implement sales plans to achieve company growth sales targets and profit margins.
  • Conduct competitor's analysis vis-à-vis FESP business in the territory.
  • Drafts or assists with the drafting of presentations and other documentation and materials that explain products and services to customers.
  • Provides expertise and support to sales team to communicate products, services and client needs.
  • Actively involves in commercial and technical discussion with customers with the support of FESP Partners. Gather customers' requirements and coordinate with factory on customer's needs. Conducts solution proposal to prospects and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Stay updated on competitors' offerings and industry trends to provide insights and recommendations for staying competitive.
  • Prepares Monthly sales report for Management review.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

  • Possess strong technical knowledge of transformers/switchgears and other industrial power distribution products and systems.
  • Proven sales track record in Industrial Plant Sales business environment.
  • Candidates with Multi-National Companies experience is an advantage.
  • Candidates with site work experience (e.g., Electrical work, testing, and commissioning, project management, etc.) are preferred.
  • Have good contact & network of prospective customers/ distributors/ consultants/ contractors in the Philippines.
  • Quick response and reporting.
  • Keep abreast of the industrial market trends.
  • Excellent presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, dynamic, self-driven, and a team player.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Resourceful with the ability to work with people of multi-cultural and cross-function teams.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Sales acumen and the ability to work effectively with the sales team to meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
