JOB OVERVIEW

The Associate Manager, Site Solutions supervises and manages an assigned team of Clinical Trial Payments staff who manage or support studies to ensure quality, time and budget deliverables are met. Work with staff to ensure that all assigned project deliverables are completed ensuring quality deliverables on time and in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), policies and practices. Ensure that employees are trained and individual development is aligned and in place to meet project and organizational needs. Oversee assigned project(s), lead and manage the assigned work streams. The responsibility might be localized to the same office or the oversight might extend to staff spread over locations in the same country and/or regions. Serve as an escalation pathway for complex site or customer comms / queries.

Responsibilities

  • Complete clinical research training and payment Assocd tasks to perform job duties. ·
  • Gain experience with standard IQVIA tools, metrics and reports.
  • Develop and an understanding of how sites operate and association with payment tasks in order to build strong relationships assigned Project teams
  • Work collaboratively with other functional groups such as Project Management, clinical monitoring, Regulatory Start-Up (RSU) and Finance
  • Under close supervision, May perform prelimnary screening for interviews with candidates identified for the roles within the department
  • Under close supervision, perform Site/study related tasks assignments to the team responsible for
  • Under close supervision, evaluate the quality and integrity of practices related to the proper and accurate payment Assocd tasks across the group.
  • Escalate quality issues to clinical Project Mgr (CPM), Site Management Lead (SML) and/or line Mgr.
  • Under close supervision, manage the progress of assigned studies/sponsors or tasks by documenting SLA/managing perfromance dashboards
  • Under close supervision, manage line Management tasks for assigned inidividuals.

Skills and Abilities

  • Awareness of applicable clinical research industry & regulatory requirements; understanding of site relationships/Management
  • Computer skills including proficiency in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in applicable languages, and business level command of English
  • Basic organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Working time management skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, Mgrs and clients and site personnel at assigned sites
