Strategic Partnership Head

JOB SUMMARY

This role oversees the Business Development and Procurement functions and is primarily responsible for ensuring the sustainable growth of the business, both at the topline and bottom line. The Head of Strategic Partnerships ensures that the company only works with the best external partners both in effectiveness and cost efficiency. The Manager collaborates and aligns with other functions and markets to drive customer and user acquisition, execution, process excellence, vendor management and new growth initiatives. The key responsibilities include looking for relevant and right partners to collaborate with, sustaining and growing those relationships meant to maximize the company's long term business interests, recommending constant improvements on the current ways of doing things by proposing product enhancements, new offerings and even updating policies and creating systems related to the department.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Proven work experience in a similar role or position; over 8 year work experience

Excellent command of both English and Tagalog

Proficient in MS Office Programs

Background in Finance and/or Technology company is preferred

Firm grasp on principles of Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Negotiation, Finance and Technology

Strategic Thinker, Big Picture Orientation and Proven Ability to Execute and Deliver Results

Great team player and deep ability to work well across other functions and diverse cultures

Willingness to travel and be relocated to other markets for both short and long term assignments

Managers may be required to work over and beyond normal working hours occasionally to pursue business opportunities, requirement and/or goals. Education Requirements

College degree is required. A Master's Degree and or other advanced certification is preferred. Should be competent and comfortable using MS Office tools such as Excel, Power Point and
