Omnicommerce is a growing team responsible for creating Grab's omnichannel solutions in the market. Our goal is to help merchants drive sustainable sales growth online and offline by offering consumers a seamless multichannel retail experience.

Get to know the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the position of Head of Omnicommerce in the Philippines. This role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of Grab's omnicommerce strategy, catering to enterprise, medium, and small businesses. You will lead a team and collaborate closely with leaders from various departments to drive business growth and achieve key performance metrics.

The Day-to-Day Activities

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement Grab's omnicommerce strategy in the market to meet the company's overall business objectives. Identify market opportunities, trends, and customer insights to drive growth and revenue.

Business Execution: Oversee the execution of omnicommerce initiatives, including partnerships, product launches, and marketing campaigns. Ensure seamless integration of omnicommerce services within Grab's ecosystem to enhance the merchant and customer experience.

Customer Acquisition and Retention: Develop strategies to acquire new merchants while ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention rates. Set clear pipeline management goals and KPIs for the team across multiple opportunity areas.

Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of professionals responsible for omnicommerce operations, sales, and partnerships. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence to drive performance and achieve targets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with leaders from Country Operations, Technology, Sales and Business Development, Marketing, and other departments to align omnicommerce initiatives with overall company goals. Drive cross-functional projects and initiatives to maximize synergies and efficiency.

Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of omnicommerce initiatives. Regularly analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by identifying monetization opportunities like advertising and partnerships

Product Development: provide product input to the design and improve our omnichannel solutions working alongside our Product & Engineering teams
