Who You'll Be Working With: If you are digitally savvy, have a customer-oriented mindset, think innovatively to solve problems, and love to analyze behavior, then the Cybersecurity & Fraud Management team may be for YOU

You'll be responsible for the following:


• Conduct comprehensive assessments of third-party vendors and partners to identify potential risks and evaluate their overall risk profile.


• Develop and maintain a robust risk assessment framework for third-party relationships, including conducting due diligence, reviewing contracts, and assessing vendor security controls.


• Monitor and review ongoing performance of third-party vendors,


• Identify and escalate any emerging risks or issues related to third-party relationships to senior management, and propose appropriate risk mitigation strategies.


• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices in third-party risk management, and proactively recommend enhancements to the risk management program.


• Conduct regular assessments of third-party risk management processes to ensure effectiveness and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.


• Provide guidance and support to business units on selecting and engaging with third-party vendors, including evaluating potential risks and negotiating contractual terms.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of third-party risk assessments, remediation plans, and other related activities.

We're looking for:


• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, information technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Third-Party Risk Professional) are a plus.


• Proven experience in third-party risk management, vendor management, or related fields.


• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry frameworks related to third-party risk management.


• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and assess risks and develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies.


• Familiarity with various types of third-party relationships (e.g., IT vendors, service providers, contractors) and associated risks.


• Proficient in conducting due diligence and risk assessments of third-party vendors, including evaluating operational resilience, and information security controls.


• Strong understanding of contract review and negotiation, with the ability to identify and address potential risks and compliance gaps.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.


• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.


• Proficient in using risk management tools, software, and technologies.
