THE ROLE

As Risk Governance Analyst or Risk Admin Staff, he/she will assist the Risk Governance Officer on the administrative tasks and secretariat functions for the different Risk Committees - scheduling of the meetings, preparation of agenda, monitoring of action items, consolidation of presentation materials and preparation of the minutes of meetings.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform administrative function for the Outsourcing Committee, Operational Risk Forum and Risk Oversight Committees.

a. Scheduling of meetings

b. Distribution of agenda list to presenters in preparation for meeting materials

c. Monitor and follow-up completion of open action items

d. Consolidation of meeting materials

e. Preparation of accurate meeting minutes of meetings

2. Maintain and monitor outsourcing databases and other documentary requirements.

3. Assist in the planning for onsite meetings, town halls and other employee engagements.

4. Assist the different risk teams (Credit Risk, Ops Risk, Risk Management) in terms of admin issues and incident reporting.

5. Perform administrative activities required by the Risk Governance Officer and Chief Risk Officer, as it arises.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any related course
  • 1-4 years relevant experience in administrative tasks
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office for Windows is required
  • Strong organization, prioritization and time management skills
  • Preferably with experience in secretarial and administrative roles
  • Must have good critical thinking skills and exercise sound judgement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
