Qualifications:
> Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
> At least 3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment for a variety of roles for Medical, IT, Accounting and Operations.
> Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
> Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
> Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
> Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
> Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
> This position may require occasional travel for job fairs, recruitment events, and other related activities.
> Flexibility to work outside regular business hours may be needed during peak hiring periods.
> Can start ASAP

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for various roles.
Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates, utilizing both traditional and non-traditional recruiting methods.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Prepare and distribute interview schedules, candidate profiles, and evaluation forms to interviewers.
Assist with the facilitation of interview panels and assessment centers as needed.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring decisions.
Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational policies throughout the recruitment process.
Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback.
Coordinate and manage candidate communications, including offer letters, rejection notifications, and onboarding information.

Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to the first day of employment.

Assist in the preparation and delivery of new hire orientation materials and sessions.
