They are a global digital marketing agency obsessed with finding better ways to improve your digital marketing performance. They used to be a client and couldn't find an agency we could trust to deliver results, so we decided to build that agency. They knew they could create a better experience and that's what they've been doing since 2013. They do this by providing you with access to better skills and experience but also through close collaboration with you and your team. They do what you want a digital agency to do, but they do it in a completely different way.

About the Role
We are looking for a creative SEO Specialist who will deliver high-quality work and results for clients, lead specific SEO client delivery meetings, take ownership of your tasks and deliver consistently and help the SEO team with any required delivery task.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Work across a variety of clients within the Agency (typically 3-5).
  • Develop and maintain core SEO strategies and prescribe SEO tactics to reach agreed client goals and KPIs.
  • Run client SEO delivery meetings - Present findings and results to various stakeholders, discuss results and impact.
  • Lead the SEO stream management of your medium-sized clients ensuring that IMWT has the appropriate time to deliver excellence.
  • Work as part of an overall SEO team for enterprise clients to provide consistent delivery output.
  • Surface algorithm changes; measure and report impacts.
  • Monitor and report on performance trends (weekly).
  • Perform SEO keyword research.
  • Research and implement SEO recommendations.
  • Research and analyse competitors' landscape.
  • Report on technical SEO performance.
  • Implement link building campaigns in coordination with client SEO goals.
  • Share insightful knowledge and SEO news regularly and with the wider team.

Position Prerequisites

  • Excellent communication skills - ability to form a lasting partnership with our clients and translate technical jargon into business terms, when needed.
  • Proven evidence of building strategic SEO campaign frameworks for ongoing success for all levels of clients.
  • Strong knowledge across SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
  • In-depth experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Good understanding of the principles of optimisation for natural search. Passionate about SEO and eager to develop cutting edge search marketing approaches and contribute to evolving SEO practice.
  • Strong collaborator who looks for opportunities to work cross-functionally with other groups.
  • Experience working in remote teams.
  • An ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ownership of your work.
  • Creative in context.
  • Exposure in handling and communicating with different international clients
  • Working with the International digital marketing and SEO team
  • HMO for yourself and one dependent within the first month
  • 20 combined SL/VLs per year accrued from day one (you will have 10 accrued once you pass regularisation)
  • Monthly social activities paid by the company– such as a watercolour workshop, board games, laser tag, escape room, team dinner, etc.
  • 30 minutes early out Fridays (after regularisation, upon completing all your tasks for the week, and if you are on time during the week)
  • Birthday cake on your birthday
  • 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Manila Time, Monday to Friday
