Job-Summary:

You are maintaining all inventory relevant data in our system and have to ensure integrity in close collaboration with warehouse and other teams. Through analytics of data you have to ensure optimal inventory flow and constant process improvement. See detailed responsibilities below.

Required experience

Bachelor Degree in job relevant courseMinimum 2 years warehouse inventory control management and ideally warehouse managementSupply Chain management (when to order, optimum order point calculations etc.)Expert level in Excel and Google SheetsWith strong proficiency in MS Office software like, VBA, Macros, ERP system like SAP, Netsuite, Quickbooks, etc.Work experience in a meat processing plant set up is a plusProcess improvment and TQM understanding is a plusRequired Skills:Strong organizational, analytical, mathematical skills and is detail orientedResourceful, critical thinker and with strong problem solving skillsCan work independently and with minimal supervisionWith good interpersonal and customer service skills to collaborate with departments necessary for the jobStrict and assertive in order to deliver work with speed and precisionFast learner and trainableOperational Duties:Encode inventory transactions accurately and on timeUpdate shipment documents promptly and report discrepanciesAssist in root cause analysis for inventory challenges and propose solutionsEnsure data integrity and perform daily inventory reconciliationsRecord transactions between business units and resolve inconsistenciesMaintain high accuracy in inventory records and facilitate adjustmentsValidate inventory records and conduct scheduled countsCollaborate with Production and Warehouse departments for inventory reconciliationSupport ad hoc projects from various departmentsCoordinate with 3rd party storage hubs for order processingFacilitate inventory movements between storage sitesProvide picking lists for Production DepartmentAnalytical and strategic duties:Analyze sales data to determine optimal time of purchase of inventory items minimizing inventory cost while ensuring no lost business due to out of stockMonitor and report slow-moving, expired, and nearly expired SKUsImprove workflow efficiency across various departments using tools and programsEnsure compliance with inventory relevant standards through close collaboration with warehouse, sales and production managerContinuous improvement and automation of inventory and supply chain relevant processesWork Schedule and physical demands
  1. Willing to work onsite in Barangay Ibayo-Tipas, Taguig from Monday to Saturday and potentially during holidays
  2. Work is performed primarily in a standard office setting with frequent interruptions
  3. Extended periods of time viewing a computer monitor must be expected
  4. Primary function require to work in an office setting to sit for prolonged periods of timeCompany:

    Golden Acres is a a fast growing, owner run food supply chain company with 170 employees. We are sourcing food products both locally and internationally and distribute nationwide to Hotels and Restaurants, traders, supermarkets and sub distributors. Currently we are mainly dealing with frozen meat products with plans for a steady product range extension. We store and process products both in external and inhouse Cold Storage warehouses. Work location is at the border between Taguig and Pasig, Barangay Ibayo-Tipas. Commuting there can be challenging and we therefore only accept applications with relative short commuting distance or willingness to re-locate.
