  • Ensure that the day-to-day tasks of the department are completed in a timely manner to support the Operations Manager
  • Responsible in preparation of timely operations report such as Updated sales, collection, interment and inventory data in Operations
  • Full coordination with the launch team regarding the new Site/Office occupancy
  • Coordinate the requirements needed for the transfer of new site/office

  • Responsible in scheduling meetings and preparation of the minutes of the meeting

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Business Studies / Administration, Operations Management or Industrial Engineering
  • At least 2 years of full-time experience in Operations Analyst, Operations Coordinator, Management Trainee or equivalent
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft office tools such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
  • Highly organized and can manage task in a timely manner
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively
  • Can work under pressure and have strong ability to multi-task
  • Must be willing to travel from time to time if necessary
  • Full time position available.
