Risk Manager - Business Continuity Management, SeaBankExperienced (Team Lead)

SeaMoney is a part of Sea Group, a leading global consumer internet company. SeaMoney's offerings include mobile wallet services, payment processing, credit offerings, and related digital financial services and products. These are available in seven markets across Southeast Asia and Taiwan under various brands, including ShopeePay, SPayLater, and other brands.

Job Description:
  • Establish BCM policies, standards, and processes
  • Recommend initiatives or activities to be prioritized to meet business continuity objectives
  • Develop bank-wide business continuity and disaster recovery plans
  • Review unit-level business impact analysis (BIA) / risk assessments (RA) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP) including the identified critical processes
  • Lead the planning and conduct of BCP tests
  • Review the results of BCP tests and track remediation from post-mortems
  • Conduct BCM awareness training for all the staff including the Board of Directors and Senior Management
  • Prepare periodic management reports on matters related to business continuity
  • Coordinate with Compliance, Internal Audit, affiliated entities, third-party vendors, external audit, and regulators on BCM matters of the Bank
Requirements:
  • 4 to 6 years of business continuity management preferably in a bank setting
  • Has strong knowledge of BSP Regulations
  • Possess a solid understanding of banking-related applications and technologies in terms of products and supporting services, system and business operation procedures, regulatory compliance, etc
  • Problem-solving skills and a positive constructive attitude are a must
  • Structured, factual, and data-driven
  • Ability to deep dive into data and elaborate clear and synthetic insights
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment
  • Proficiency in English written and verbal communication
