• Professional License is an advantage but not necessary

Position Summary

The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for administering the Deed of Restrictions, Master Deeds or CC&Rs of the community governing documents with respect to property maintenance, architectural standards and rules adopted for the owner's association. The position requires regular inspections schedule.

• At least a Bachelor's Degree or any 4-year College Education

• At least 2-3 years of related work experience

• Highly detail oriented and possesses common-sense judgement for assessing property violations

• Ability to read, interpret and apply policies or guidelines are required

The Administrative Assistant provides support to the Community Association Managers/ Property Managers and client association by providing internal and external customer services. Responsibilities include data and file management.

Qualifications:

• With at least1-3year work experience in Clerical/Administrative support or equivalent is preferred

• Proficient in MS Office

• Can work with minimum supervision and under pressure

• Flexible and can adapt to constant demands and changes

Position Summary

The Receptionist/Concierge meets with guests and provides outstanding customer service to all guests, owners, and visitors of the hotel. Assists guests and owners in a branded, friendly, proactive and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Must have at least 1 to 3-year related work experience
