Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc. is an outsourcing company based in Cebu City, Philippineswith clientele all over the United States. We have over 300 Rockstar employees across variousindustries and we are continuously expanding fast.
One of our partner clients is seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Manager tojoin their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that technical support representatives deliver and exceed KPIs andacting as an escalation point forcustomers when appropriate.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and a work-in-office set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage the Customer Support team, ensuring they meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues, providing resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team, helping them to understand and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Manage tools for support at scale, such as ticketing systems, knowledge management, community platforms, and customer feedback tools.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the support team.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to create scalable support solutions to enhance support levels and decrease operational costs.
- Generate and analyze reports on team performance, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Manager or in a similar role for an online retail account
- Strong understanding of technical support processes and best practices
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced, constantly evolving, team environment
- Must have strong problem-solving skills, learning skills, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
