We're looking for a passionate and visionary Digital Transformation Solution Architect to join our growing team. As a Digital Transformation Solution Architect, Your Role Will Include...

  • Partner with business leaders to uncover roadblocks and opportunities for optimization and automation.
  • Design and develop innovative solutions using the latest technologies like RPA, OCR, AI, and BPM.
  • Lead technical design and implementation of transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate closely with development, operations, and data science teams to bring solutions to life.
  • Champion continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by researching and recommending new technologies to enhance our capabilities.
  • Document solutions for knowledge transfer and long-term sustainability.
  • Lead client discussions to define use cases and run pilots and then drive discussions with clients to close the commercials

  • A Lean Six Sigma champion with experience in process optimization.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions using technologies like RPA, OCR, AI, and BPM.
  • An analytical thinker who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
  • A financially-minded individual who can evaluate cost-benefit trade-offs for transformation initiatives.

What Will You Need to Suceed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in solution architecture, business process optimization, or a similar role.
  • Exposure to RFPs, RFI, Inhouse sales and business development for growth and new accounts.
