• Ensures "Client Credit Application" is filled and approved prior to any official quotation process

• Collects data and fills up accurate and complete information in the Data Collection Sheet, as per provided
format
Data Collection Sheet to include Team Assignment for PM, Creative, Resources, etc. (Does the project
need Creative Team/PM/Drivers, etc.?)

• Conducts team briefing, making sure all necessary information concerning the project is provided
(involving all required teams needed for project delivery)

• Obtains PTW for scoping and installation works (MSD and other required documents will be provided by
Installation and Resource Planner, if needed)

• Confirms date of scoping with the client and Installation and Resource Planner, ensuring that either the
client or his/her competent representative will be present on site during the scoping process to provide
necessary information to the Project Manager

• Remains in constant communication with CS and Installation and Resource Planner concerning scoping of
the project, deciding if BD's presence is required during scoping

• Coordinates with CS at all times concerning quote preparation

• Reviews received quote from CS and submits to client for a written approval

• Provides written, signed and stamped LPO (or signed and stamped contract) from the client to CS. No
works can be started without a written and signed LPO, with an exception of a written and signed
approval from Directors of CS, BDM, Finance and Co-Presidents

• Discounts can be signed off only by higher Management and Directors

• Sends an official handover notification, introducing the assigned CS Coordinator and a PM to the client

• Coordinates with the client in case of any new works required, different from submitted LPO's scope of
work. However, if there is an adjustment required to current LPO, CS can take over obtaining a
revised/adjusted LPO concerning the existing project that is currently being in the development processRequired Qualifications and Personal Attributes:

• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (written & spoken). Other languages desirable (Arabic,
Hindi, Tamil, Tagalog, Urdu, etc.).

• Exceptional people skills (positive approach and positive communication)

• Prior experience in similar role required

• Familiar with MS Office

• Excellent customer service manner & ability to communicate and manage clients when required

• Flexible during times of change, can conform to shifting priorities throughout project
