We are looking for an Agile Delivery Manager/ Scrum Master to join our Colleague Solutions (Collaboration and Legal) team. As a key member of our team, your goal will be to work with colleagues both here and in the UK to deliver solutions which will improve collaboration, productivity and legal applications. This role will be responsible for delivering projects which make a real difference to how our organisation collaborates across the globe, working with applications such as Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, Miro, and OneTrust.

What makes you the ideal candidate in this role?

As a specialist in Agile Delivery, you will work with Technical Product Owners to deliver the strategic roadmap, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of projects from initiation, through planning and delivery, to transition to live service. You will manage Agile ceremonies, help the team to self-organise, directing when needed without dictating what needs to be done and how. When needed, create project plans which show task breakdown, dependencies and resource capacity and communicate to senior management on key deliverables to strategy.

The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post:

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 years experience in Agile project management in a previous role.
  • Experience working with UK teams would be highly advantageous.
  • Experience of a variety of delivery management methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid).
  • Experience of operating with complex integrated systems.
  • Effective stakeholder management, working across a variety of seniority of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Management and mentoring of other team members in agile practices.

SKILLS:

  • Proven success delivering IT projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong team leadership and management skills.
  • Solid understanding of the IT application development lifecycle and good engineering practices.
  • Common sense approach to planning and sprint management
  • Good presentation skills and ability to explain concepts, techniques, delivery progress and issues to your colleagues at different levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of Jira or similar sprint management tools.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Passion for developing teams and enabling colleagues to realise their potential within the organisation.
  • Self-driven and proactive – identifying opportunities to make things better and making them happen.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Agile Scrum Master Certification or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
