Job Responsibilities:

GOVERNANCE

  • Develop and implement delivery governance policies and procedures encompassing IT security, project management, and risk management.
  • Identify and assess IT-related risks and develop strategies to mitigate and manage them effectively. Establish processes for monitoring and reporting risks to stakeholders, collaborating with Business Units (BUs) to implement risk management controls.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting objectives. Establish project governance frameworks, define project management practices, and conduct project reviews.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate delivery operations' effectiveness and efficiency. Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), track service performance, and measure process maturity.
  • Conduct detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on identifying escalations or issues and reporting findings on a weekly/monthly basis to delivery teams and stakeholders.
  • Enhance understanding of IT governance principles and practices across delivery and other stakeholders through training programs. Promote awareness of policies, standards, and processes.

AUDIT AND COMPLIANCE

  • Conduct project audits focusing on operational procedures such as Project Management, Project Implementation Plans, Project documents, and Delivery Excellence activities.
  • Perform annual audits to ensure compliance with company policies such as Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Data Privacy, and ISO 27001.
  • Manage internal audits, including tracking of Opportunities for Improvement (OFIs), action items, audit plans, and checklists.
  • Coordinate CMMI Compliance Audits, tracking action items, facilitating continual improvement, and liaising with external auditors.

Requirements:

  • Education – Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Related Work Experience – Minimum of 10 years in IT, with: 3+ years in IT Audit, IT Governance, or Delivery Excellence.
  • Experience in CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration)/ISO certification.
  • At least 5 years in Operational compliance requirements, including Service Reporting such as Service Level Agreements and Operational Level Agreements, and Risk management or assessment.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) & Software Development.
  • Strong project management abilities, including change and implementation management, risk and issue management, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with remote project management and virtual work environments.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of IT and digitalization trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php250, Php300,000.00 per month
