In this capacity, you will act as an expert in managing multiple service mailboxes. Your primary objective is to ensure the accuracy and completeness of service requests assigned to the respective owners and that relevant information is communicated on time. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • To manage and monitor Service Mailbox/es by creating work orders for transactions or requests received and distributing them to the respective service requests' owners.
  • To create usernames and passwords for new Oracle users.
  • To change or update logins, access, responsibilities, and security profiles for active Oracle users.
  • To send out organization announcements, customer communications, and emails to all Emerson Business Unit contacts.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or other related field.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience in Shared Services industry, preferably with a focus on HR processes.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Willingness to work on a night shift schedule.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Experience in using service desk ticketing tools is a plus.
