THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

20 % - Responsible in managing the operations and activities of the TESDA District Office;20 % - Establishes and maintains partnerships with external parties/stakeholders in TVET;10 % - Directs the formulation of policies relative to the implementation and promotion of programs to support HR development initiatives;10 % - Directs the planning of programs and activities relative to the various provincial programs and the resources required for their effective and efficient execution;10 % - Directs the efficient execution of plans with organized systems and procedures;10 % - Spearheads the organization and maintenance of the Provincial TESD Committee (PTESDC);10 % - Directs the monitoring of outputs and evaluation of outcomes; and10 % - Leads in building a strong, capable and motivated workforce in the District Office.

Education: Master's degree OR Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSCExperience: 5 years of supervisory/management experienceTraining: 120 hours of supervisory/management learning and development interventionEligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility

  • Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2023 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2023 and July to December 2023 (if applicable) (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
