Description:

As we continue to build a vibrant, passionate and fun-loving team, we are seeking a well-experienced Sales Coordinator who will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Sales Department within the Sales and Marketing Division.

In this role, you will support the sales team members by efficiently creating a manual and electronic filing system, creating and maintaining the hotel's sales agreements, contracts and quotations, conducting hotel tours, and liaising closely with other departments to ensure colleague and guest requests and expectations are met. At the same time, you will respond to telephone calls or inquiries and relay information/ messages are accurately to other team members. Part of your development is to be exposed to some of the accounts and follow up sales leads.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
  • 2 years work experience in a luxurious hotel
  • Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must
