1)Do business planning, implement processes, manage market growth for key accounts, and enhance technical support capabilities to fulfill client needs and achieve company objectives
2)Oversee the activities of the technical support team, ensure quality service in technical training facilitation and A/C system design, and study competitor's product, activities, and pricing derived from customers, strategic channels, and professional networks
3)Manage the technical training plan, schedules, and presentations and establish work guidelines to ensure that technical presentations are complete and delivered based on order's specificities and preferences
4)Communicate with stakeholders and maintain strategic partnerships with consultants, mechanical architects, and different organization to influence strategic, structural, and organizational decisions
5)Grow and develop the strategic account sales (special projects) of major developers and dealers with applied capabilities nationwide
6)Solve complex technical issues, handle business inquiries, provide technical recommendations, address project concerns, resolve escalations, and analyze customer requirements
7)Accomplish goals, prepare action plan procedures, deal with issues of customer service standards, quality control, and troubleshoot productivity issues
8)Identify opportunities and strategies, generate new business development deals, manage marketing services to increase sales and maximize growth and profitability
9)Manage client proposals, PR initiatives, company-sponsored events, client visits, monthly project listing, competitor's marketing scheme reports, and project status
10)Nurture and maintain a harmonious and strategic relationship with clients and other key players for the continuity of business operations and to promote brand loyalty

Job Requirements:


-Graduate of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
years work experience in Engineering support in manufacturing or service-oriented industry

-Licensed Engineer
-Preventive and Technical knowledge
