Account Manager-Home Appliances

Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines CH-Meiling International (Philippines) Inc. Full time

Key Accountabilities:

1. To develop new product, new dealers, new market for our home appliance products such as TV, Refrigerator, Chest freezer, washing machine and aircon.

2. In charge of the collections of information such as markets, competitors and competitive products. To manage customer relationships.

3. Hit the sales target, to coordinate actively with related departments or person to address the barriers in sales and retail work including but not limited to sales campaigns, retail terminal construction, product promotion, management of salesperson in your area, to push sale out instead of sale in.

4. Handle dealer's order-tracking, after-sales problems and coordinate company resources to resolve. Track and recover the accounts receivable, track dealer's commercial inventory, follow-up dealers to order and the delivery timely.

5. Have team management ability and lead the team to complete sales tasks.

6. Have rich experience in channel development and establish good customer relations with distributors.

7. Others related tasks during the work from company leaders.

Qualifications:

1. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication, coordination and execution skills.

2. Strong passion for sales and marketing job, strong ability to withstand pressure.

3. Good skills at office software, more than 5 years related sales experiences in home appliances marketing or sales industry.
