POSITION TITLE: Senior Administrator, Philippines

THE ROLE:

Our client is a a global nutrition company that has helped people pursue a healthy, active lifestyle since 1980. Our nutrition, weight-management and personal care products are available exclusively through dedicated independent Members in more than 90 countries.

We are seeking a highly organized individual to join our client's team as a Senior Administrator. This role partners with the Commercial Operation Lead closely, to provide scheduling arrangements for external and internal meetings, travel arrangement including travel visa application, as applicable. The administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operation on all matters relating to Office Admin such as stocktake and replenish pantry products, vendor liaison (cleaning, security, air con, building management etc.). Secondary role will involve partnering with internal stakeholders (Commercial Ops, Procurement, Human Resources etc.)

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

  • Scheduling (Internal (e.g. employee townhall and External meetings)
  • Travel (Flight, Accommodation, Transportation) arrangements, travel visa applications, renewal
  • Timely expenses submission
  • Meet and greet internal (new joiner orientation of office, inter-office visitors) and external (S&P - members, distributors)
  • Vendor management with Commercial Ops Lead, Procurement Lead
  • Liaison with / for Management Team
  • Oversee and/or delivery of confidential government related documentation as required
  • Arrange transportation for (Senior) Executive in town
  • POC with (Senior) Executive's Executive Admin (EA), as applicable, for ground arrangement (transportation, accommodation)
  • Timely and Seamless executional support
  • Stock and replenish employee pantry (Raise PE), office stationery etc
  • Ensure the setup of meeting room(s)
  • POC for all office matters relating to vendors (printer repair, air con servicing, cleaning etc.)

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • English proficiency
  • Maturity to uphold confidentiality

EDUCATION

Preferably Degree holder, minimum college graduate
