OLIVER Agency requires a Sales Support Specialist based out of the Philippines. This is a fast-paced but extremely rewarding role that will allow self-development as well as growth of the overall business. Essentially, the success of the sales department will ultimately be the success of thebusiness as a whole.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Responsiblefor presentations and proposals for the APAC new business sales team
  • Support the new business sales team in submissions for RFPs/RFIs/RFQs
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and ensure submission of all required materials for pitches and proposals
  • Update sales materials regularly (credentials presentation, media kits, case studies marketing materials etc.) to maintain alignment with other global offices and deliver consistent messaging.
  • Developing structured workflow sales processes for the new business team
  • Maintaining and updating the customer database
  • Compiling, analysing sales figures and churning out sales reports
  • Facilitate APAC marketing events for the sales team

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:

  • 1 to 3years of experienceinasales role, preferably with advertisingexperience/ knowledge
  • Have an understanding of the industry (media, OOH sales, social media)
  • Versatility to manage different stakeholders and industries
  • Fantastic deck and presentation building abilities
  • Proficient with Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft Office
  • Independent and proactive with strongproject managementskills
  • Good copywriting experience.
