The HR Business Partner Lead (HRBP) position aligns business objectives with employees and management in designated business units, acting as a consultant on human resource matters. The successful HRBP is an employee champion and change agent, assessing and anticipating HR needs, proactively communicating with business management, and developing integrated solutions. This role forms partnerships across the HR function to provide value-added service reflecting the organization's business objectives, including international HR responsibilities. The HRBP maintains a strong level of business literacy about the financial position, plans, culture, and competition of the business unit.

Employee (Labor) Relations
  • Implementing discipline management while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and company guidelines.
  • Overseeing the exit management process, ensuring proper procedures for separating employees, and leveraging exit interviews to enhance retention and process improvement.
Human Resources Service Delivery
  • Being the point of contact for employment-related concerns, documentations, and certifications.
  • Conducting HR-related enablement sessions to keep employees informed on policies, guidelines, and systems critical for their work.
  • Regularly visiting clients and participating in status check meetings to understand business HR needs.
  • Ensuring timely compliance with all HR-related service level agreements (SLAs).
Performance Management
  • Facilitating timely performance evaluation processes.
  • Reviewing employee movement documentation to maintain accuracy in records and keep employees informed of their status.
Employee Engagement
  • Collaborating with business units to enhance employee engagement through effective communication, policies, and practices.
  • Managing HR aspects of company events, aligning initiatives with business needs.
Timekeeping and Payroll
  • Verifying attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments.
  • Managing bonus, commission, and deduction inputs.
Training and Development
  • Conducting orientation, onboarding, and other development programs.
  • Identifying training needs and evaluating ongoing programs.
  • Staying updated on trends and tools in employee development.
Organizational Development
  • Implementing programs that connect employees with business goals.
  • Consulting with leadership to identify and evaluate business processes.
  • Developing data analysis methods, strategic planning, and performance measurement approaches.
  • Diagnosing organizational problem areas and defining performance goals.
HR Compliance
  • Ensuring timely submission and processing of HR-related deliverables and documentations in compliance with labor laws, audits, and government directives.
  • Creating, monitoring, and analyzing HR reports for key insights.
Special Projects
  • Undertaking additional projects as assigned by superiors.
Supervisory Responsibilities and Performance Management
  • Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new department staff.
  • Overseeing daily team workflow and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Maintaining performance evaluation tracking systems and collaborating on enhancements to information services and databases.
Your Success Profile should include:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years' HR Generalist experience with exposure to other HR disciplines.
  • At least 2 years' supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong Employee Relations and Project Management Skills.
  • Experience in Employee/Labor Relations, BPO Industry exposure.
  • Managing a large team of more than 500 FTEs.
  • Thorough knowledge of the Labor Law in the Philippines.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to work in various locations.
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication, Strategic Thinking, Flexibility, and Interpersonal Skills.
