The Engagement & Creatives Associate is a dynamic role that combines people engagement with the creation of compelling visual and creative content. This position is designed for a highly creative individual with strong interpersonal skills who can manage and execute creative projects while fostering engagement and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

This role will work closely with the Engagement Creatives Lead and People Engagement Assistant Manager in supporting and implementing concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and overseeing them to completion. The objective is to inspire, educate, and engage people in communicating Learning and Engagement events aligned with our overall business strategy and goals.

The Engagement & Creatives Associate is responsible for supporting and implementing engagement activities for both internal and external stakeholders. This role involves managing creative and visual requests, ensuring cohesive and impactful communication through various media channels.

PEOPLE ENGAGEMENT:

· Foster a positive and engaging work environment by organizing and supporting activities, workshops, and events.

· Act as a liaison between creative teams and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

· Engage with external partners and clients to understand the needs and incorporate feedback into creative projects.

· Act as a point of contact for all employees, providing guidance, support, and resources to help them achieve their goals and address any concerns or issues.

· Gather and analyze feedback from employees to identify areas for improvement and develop and implement solutions to address these issues.

· Act as an advocate for employees, promoting their interests and working to ensure they feel valued, respected, and supported.

· Partner with other departments, such as HR, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure a seamless and integrated employee experience.

· Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, trends, and new developments in employee engagement and well-being, and incorporate these into the company's programs and initiatives.

VISUAL AND CREATIVE CONTENT CREATION:

· Develop and design visual content for various platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.

· Create engaging multimedia content, such as videos, infographics, and animations, to enhance internal and external communication.

· Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all visual outputs.

· Creates & develops high-level ideas and materials for brand and corporate communication using various forms of media including but not limited to print ads, in-store materials, digital collaterals, gifts, short animation, video/photography using Canva, and Adobe platforms.

· Produce videos for events and marketing materials

· Maintains and organizes archives of images, logos, documents, and other brand files.

· Research new, innovative and up-to-date concepts and technologies that will help in effective engagement storytelling;

· Coordinates with 3rd party suppliers for production solutions.

· Develop design works for internal websites like KMC Newspod, Engagement Menu, Virtual Cafe, KMC VPod

· Performs all other ad hoc functions as required by the role.

Your Success Profile includes:

· 1-2 experience in Events Management, HR, and Employee Engagement

· Digital portfolio displaying work

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite

· Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent experience and background

· Video Editing skills is a plus

· In-depth experience and working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

· Strong attention to detail and proofing capability

· Up to date with trends in video, graphic and web designs

· Is a fresh thinker who embraces challenges and new methods of thinking

· Has strong knowledge about People Engagement and Culture-Building
