JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Management Trainee, you will be under a development program with the company for 9 months and learn more about the company's sales, operations, technology and finance business units. The objective of this program is for the Management Trainees to assume leadership roles in the future and help the company in providing business strategies that will help Ubix in its growth. You will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day activities in various departments. You will be required to learn the company's policies and procedures, work with staff in different departments, learn how to create reports, and handle administrative tasks, project management, etc.

Qualifications
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, finance, customer service or related fields would be beneficial.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Achieve the assigned sales budget or monthly quota.
  • Analyze and summarize competitor information & trends, identifying sales opportunities, develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, building rapport providing technical information & explanation.
  • Monitor and ensure provision of consumable and repair requests of the assigned customers with U-Bix committed timeline.
  • Keep customers informed about new technological products.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any business, engineering, or IT related course;
  • Must have the passion and enthusiasm to pursue a career in sales;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • Proficient in computer software and networking applications;

  • This is a full-time on-site role located in Makati and will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of overseeing accounting transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations, and supporting finance-related tasks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in accounting and finance;
  • Experience in general ledger accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable;
  • Experience in financial statements preparation and analysis;
  • Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and compliance requirements;
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software such as QuickBooks;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Maintenance, Installation and Troubleshooting of IT equipment and products.
  • Perform maintenance and repair service.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in accounting and finance;

Qualifications
  • Graduate of Bachelor degree in Psychology or in any related field.
  • Candidate must have at least of 3 years' experience in HR functions.
  • At least 2 years of recruiting experience preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of all HR processes.
  • Hands on experience or familiar with a wide variety of sourcing channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Install, configure, and update computer systems, software, and peripheral devices as needed.
  • Identify and resolve technical problems promptly, escalating complex issues to appropriate channels when necessary.
