Our Marketing and Cash Management Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati and Taguig for the role of Lead for Events and Merchandising.

In this role, you will coordinate the organization and management of both internal and external corporate bank events, overseeing staging, logistics, branding, photo/video coverage, and budget adherence. Additionally, you will oversee merchandising operations, managing the production, distribution, and inventory of marketing collaterals and corporate giveaways, as well as ensuring store support and customer communications are effectively handled, and vendors are managed efficiently through accreditation and performance evaluation.

What the role will entail

  • Event Management: Organize and manage internal and external corporate bank events, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets while coordinating staging, logistics, branding, and media coverage.
  • Merchandising: Oversee the production, distribution, and inventory management of marketing collaterals, as well as the end-to-end process for bank wide corporate giveaways including sourcing, design, approval, consolidation, and monitoring of production and delivery.
  • Store Support: Issue store bulletins to maintain up-to-date store merchandising for promos and products, and ensure the accuracy of the store and ATM network list to update directories and collaterals.
  • Customer Communications: Manage the distribution of customer eDMs, text blasts, and advisories.
  • Vendor Management: Accredit, evaluate performance, and rationalize event suppliers.

What were looking for

  • Holder of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or any related field
  • Prior work experience in banking and digital marketing, along with experience in having conceptualized, managed and executed similar projects is required
  • Experienced in handling and leading vendors and creative agencies is essential for the role
