BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
  • TheBusiness Development Associatewill be responsible as the main contact on our portfolio of accounts. They will be responsible for ensuring all client needs are managed and projects are monitored in order to deliver the client's requirements. The BDA is expected to seek out prospective clients by presenting the company's products and services while engaging them through the use of corporate sales strategies to acquire new business opportunities. The BDA responds to customer inquiries and generates feedback for improvement, addresses issues raised, and resolves them promptly in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Must be:
    • A college graduate with Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
    • Experienced in marketing/business development, preferably in similar ATL/BTL environment. Candidate must have relevant experience in sales, planning, operations or similar functions.
    • Excellent in written and oral communication in both English and Filipino
    • Willing to be assigned in Bagumbayan, Quezon City

  • The Area Head is responsible for managing the satellite offices and training centers. They are tasked to ensure that all projects to be implemented in their areas are with complete manpower, right budget, accurate reports and excellent performance. They are responsible for ensuring that the implementation of projects meet the standards expected by the clients.
  • Must be:
    • Detail-oriented – can monitor all projects and report the progress of each to the assigned project associates
    • Planner – able to identify possible problems and act on them on a timely manner to avoid cost and performance implications
    • Meticulous – must be able to see the inaccuracies in reports and must be able to manage the budget allotted for the project
    • Customer-oriented – can balance the needs of external customers such as clients and retailers and the ability of the operations team to deliver the expected results for each project
  • Must be:
    • College graduate
    • With at least 2 years' experience in a leadership or management role
    • Must be a team player and with unquestionable integrity
    • A good communicator that can effectively cascade instructions to all levels of the work force
    • With good presentation and reporting skills

  • The Project Associate is responsible for the seamless execution of projects assigned to him/her. From securing the correct budget, hiring the appropriate manpower, organizing the activities needed for the projects, monitoring of the actual implementation, to timely submission of reports, the PA needs to ensure that all tasks related to the project from planning to closing are done according to the standards agreed with clients.
  • Must be:
    • Detail-oriented – from planning and forecasting the needs of the project to managing the resources available to execute the activities seamlessly until the submission of accurate reports
    • Planner – able to identify possible problems and act on them on a timely manner to avoid cost and performance implications
    • Meticulous – must be able to see the inaccuracies in reports and must be able to manage the budget allotted for the project

  • The Recruitment Associate will handle the end to end process of recruitment from sourcing of candidates to endorsement.   • The Merchandiser is one of the backbones of the supermarket.   • The Roving Team Leader is responsible representing the company to retailers and for evaluating the performance of the activation team in his/her assigned area. He/She is tasked to audit objectively the execution of the project, including but not limited to the attendance, achievement of sales target, implementation of marketing objectives, timely submission of reports, and other project parameters agreed with the clients. The RTL is also tasked to build relationships with retailers and other channels where implementations are held.
  • Must be:
    • College level with previous experience in activations
    • Willing to complete requirements, including but not limited to medical (fit to work), NBI clearance and other government-mandated requirements
    • Willing to undergo training and revalidation
    • Willing to do field work
    • Adept in using applications for reporting and other functions
    • Accurate in submission of reports, managing of project funds and giving suggestions for improvement of projects
    • A good coach – maintains good rapport with BAs and TLs to ensure that they continuously improve in their performance
