The Manager/Director for Corporate Strategy spearheads the data gathering, analysis, and ideation needed for the formulation of short, medium, and long-term strategies of the organization. Working with the management team, he/she ensures initiatives are properly aligned and executed to allow for the goals to be met, and will ensure that both the content and spirit of the strategic plan are being implemented through continuous performance monitoring, analysis and recommendation. With the strategic visibility, he/she has a responsibility to expand the revenue streams and improve processes to help the company achieve its financial objective.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Spearheads and facilitates organization-wide strategic planning.
  • Leads industry study, market trend, competitor analysis and internal analysis to identify the leverage points and watch-outs of the organization in identifying key strategic imperatives.
  • Keep up to date with emerging technologies, market and industry trends, competitor analysis and regulatory shifts that could affect the company's strategic goals.
  • Scorecard Management - Develop and maintain Playbook:
  • To ensure that all Business and Support unit plans are linked to each other and to the corporate strategy; To ensure that strategic plans are being implemented through continuous performance reporting, analysis and recommendation.
  • Pivots the strategy depending on business challenges and demands
  • Spearheads cross functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and ensure timely delivery of key milestones. Aligns the execution of business unit strategies to the overall strategy.
  • Sets operational KPIs incorporating historical performance, process improvements and gaps
  • Collaborates with the leadership team to define strategic priorities, evaluate key performance indicators and make adjustments as needed.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, talks, seminars, and other activities that will allow the Strategy Specialist to grow his or her competencies, meet potential business partners, or create potential business opportunities for the organization in line with the strategy.
  • Creation of executive Decks and Presentations (Executive reports, Board, Thought Leadership, etc.)
  • Provides insights for Expansion of product portfolio
  • Provides industry intelligence in the formulation of account plans of Key accounts

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Education – Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent/related field; MBA
preferred.
Related Experience – Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in Corporate Strategy and Product Management , management consulting preferably in the IT industry

Skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office and Visual Business Presentation and Data Storytelling
