The Corporate Strategy Officer provides expertise and strategic guidance in ensuring that all strategies in the organization are implemented and achieved through supporting the Strategy and Innovations Director in the formulation, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of new, current, and future strategies/ capability-building initiatives in the organization. He/she is expected to closely work with various business units to support all necessary requirements for the successful and appropriate implementation of strategies in adherence to established directions and goals of the management and organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT

● Creates and spearheads programs and initiatives based on reviewed relevant industry studies, market trends, data from internal and competitor analysis.

● Monitors the key success metrics of all programs and projects under the overall strategy umbrella of the company.

● Spearheads and facilitates necessary interventions and modifications to ensure that all initiatives are on-track and aligned to the strategic direction of the management, and suggests enhancements that will draw optimal results with minimal risks possible.

● Supports the internal strategy team in gaining expertise and mastery in various data analysis techniques such as data visualizations, diagnostics, predictive and prescriptive analysis, etc., to help the team's stakeholders in decision-making.

STRATEGIC PLANNING

● Works with the Strategy and Innovations Director to study, plan, launch, and monitor initiatives pertaining to the organization-wide strategic direction of the company.

● Partners with SMEs of cross-functional business units in aligning and actualizing future, new, and current programs/ projects to the overall strategic direction and target outcomes of the organization.

● Provides deep expertise in assisting with formulation, and updating of procedures, policies, playbooks and best practices for all strategic initiatives.

● Analyzes the provided operative, productivity, and efficiency reports, then evaluates results to draw cohesive conclusions for better decision-making, including but not limited to business impact and review analysis plan (QPRs, APRs, cadences), and standardized reporting templates.
