Candidate Profile:

As a Grill Cook, it is important you love cooking for our customers. Being patient, great attention to detail, mentally sharp, and a team player will allow you to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Job Overview:

You will enhance your cooking skill by preparing food items and menus in line with the company's standard and guidelines. Making sure that a meal is properly and timely presented while keeping the kitchens sanitation.

Job Objectives:

  • To meet highest food quality standards on flavor, aroma, and color attributes.
  • To keep optimal daily inventory levels with high yielding raw materials.
  • To maintain impeccable sanitation and cleanliness and food safety rating.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitors and operates grilling equipment (e.g., checking temperature and adjusts as needed for different menu items)
  • Grills a variety of menu items according to recipes and established standards.
  • May assist with other kitchen duties as required, such as preparing ingredients or cleaning
  • Complies with safe food handling practices/sanitation guidelines to prevent contamination

Job Specifications:

  • At least high school graduate
  • Preferably with relevant work experience.
  • Is flexible working extended hours, during weekends, and holidays.
  • Willing to work in a Filipino - Chinese cuisine.
  • Willing to work in Upper Session Baguio City.
