  • Experience in bookkeeping and accounting systems
  • Prepare and analyze P&L reports
  • Budgeting expertise
  • Proficient in Buildium
  • Proficient in QuickBooks
  • Compile and analyze account information for asset, liability, and capital accounts
  • Document financial transactions accurately
  • Recommend financial actions based on analysis
  • Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports
  • Audit financial documents to substantiate transactions
  • Develop and recommend accounting policies and procedures
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies
  • Verify documentation and process payments
  • Address accounting queries and interpret policies and regulations
  • Prepare specialized financial reports
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information
  • Stay updated with professional knowledge and attend relevant workshops or seminars

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting or related fields
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or relevant discipline
  • Real estate industry experience preferred
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Available for full-time employment for 1-2 years
  • Willingness to travel locally as needed
  • Ability to handle diverse tasks across different disciplines
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Deadline-oriented with excellent time management abilities
  • Proficient in data entry and general math skills
