We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, and experienced Marketing Professional who can hit the ground running. The successful individual will have the opportunity to lead and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make a significant impact on our brand's growth and success. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to drive and deliver key communications, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. Being outcomes focused, you'll continuously seek performance improvements and opportunities to conduct ongoing marketing initiatives. Your role will also involve helping to set and report on key marketing metrics, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build close working relationships with key partners including, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and translate their marketing requirements into sales generation activities which includes customer events, sales enablement days, and webinars together with digital and social campaigns.
  • We're always looking to stand out above the crowd so you'll get to use your creativity to build out content on our website, technology guides, google adwords as well as contribute towards marketing activities for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.
  • You'll feel comfortable working with sales teams to ensure that your campaign results are followed up and progressed.

Individual tasks include, but are not limited to

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, with a focus on increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating high-quality leads.
  • Track and manage ongoing marketing plans, ensuring activities are run on time, within budget, making savings where possible.
  • Drive customer growth by delivering targeted, relevant and timely marketing campaigns.
  • Event and occasional webinar co-ordination/execution and follow up.
  • Produce, manage and execute case study projects, ebook/whitepapers, blogs, email and e-newsletter copy.
  • Develop ideas and create content with video and animation.
  • Create and develop sales enablement resources.
  • Liaise with sales teams, agencies, and vendors.
  • Work with sales account managers to drive activities and establish/monitor results.
  • Track and monitor activity follow-up with high levels of ROI, reporting back to vendors and stakeholders.
  • There is plenty of scope to make your mark with fresh ideas using traditional methods and new social media and digital platforms. You will be fully supported to shape the marketing plan knowing that your contribution will be vital to the success of the department's goals.


Skills Required/Qualifications

  • Good communication skills and strong copywriting ability
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Creative flair, fun personality and likes to try new things
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience of using marketing software (e.g. HubSpot)
  • High level of motivation and attention to detail
  • Prior B2B marketing experience (approx. 5 years), Marketing degree preferred
  • Good understanding of cloud computing and Amazon Web Services (desirable but not essential)
  • An ambitious team player who is happy to go the extra mile to make a campaign or project a success and support those around them.
