About the role
We are extremely excited to announce that we are inviting applications for an opportunity of System & Process Specialist to be based in our Manila office in Pasig City on a hybrid working setup.
The successful candidate will provide central Finance Data, process, and systems expertise. As part of our Global Finance GPDO Team, you will be responsible for working alongside business and technology stakeholders in maintaining System & Data integrity and the delivery of efficiency improvements that will positively impact and support the broader strategies of the organisation.
What you will be doing
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Orica's Costing Model and help drive business compliance;
- Improve Data integrity within the organisation via audit tools and reconciliation processes;
- Provide advice to the business with respect to reporting, trouble shooting and procedure in relation to the system;
- Provide insights on data discrepancies, including guidance for data cleansing and recommendations for Process changes/communications for knowledge sharing;
- Identify, prioritise and drive continuous process improvements and standardisation across Orica Finance Globally;
- Provide Cross Functional support to Supply Chain, Commercial, Asset Management and HR GPDO's on Finance impacts of processes within those other functions;
- Oversight of project activities impacting systems within area of responsibility.
- Assist with training business users on standard processes;
What you will bring
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, IT or related discipline;
- At least 5 years of experience in working with integrated SAP Processes (FI/CO, Sales & Distribution, Project Systems)
- Experience working within an Analyst/Process Improvement Role;
- Background in Costing Model including knowledge of Assessment Cycles, Settlement processes;
- Experience working with global stakeholders.
