  • Understand, Facilitate and work closely with banks and partners on operations processes.
  • Communicate and resolve any issues pertaining (including but not limited to) to card processor(s), network(s) (MasterCard, Rupay, Visa) and BIN Sponsor Bank on matters pertaining to banking operations, account database or reports, on a daily basis
  • Have understanding and experience in regulatory reporting requirements across ASEAN countries, especially with respect to RBI – PPI guidelines, Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), networks and others
  • Have experience in managing the fund movement across the network scheme transactions flows, remittance transaction flows, FAST and InstaPay transaction flows, Payment gateways transaction flows and others
  • Identify potential issues within the Accounts and work with the wider business to take timely and effective action to resolve them.
  • Manage and resolve any dispute over data or reports from clients and banks and liaise with internal team to get to the root of cause.
  • Understanding of network chargeback and dispute processes
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage n-way reconciliation between payment platform, network, and bank
  • Have experience in fraud and risk assessment of transactions
  • Ability to review customer transactions to identify fraudulent activity such as account take over, friendly fraud, theft, and similar other risks.
  • Recommend anti-fraud processes for changing transaction patterns and trends.
  • Prepare analysed reports and dashboards for client specific and overall view
  • Generate suspicious activity reports and risk management reports for Managers
  • Well versed in Excel advanced, should work on complex data using excel.
Qualifications
  • Chartered accountant/ Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Min 6 years of PQE
  • Experience in Fintech/Banking industry will be preferred
  • Extremely well-organized and analytical with an ability to work well under pressure
  • Good organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, G-Suite
  • Experience in back-end operations, card reconciliation and settlement with major network
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong ownership and accountability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong team player as well as a proactive individual contributor
