Develop and Implement Sourcing Strategies:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop strategic sourcing strategies.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement improvement plans as needed.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies.
  • Analyze market intelligence to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Contract Negotiation:

  • Lead contract negotiations with suppliers to secure advantageous terms and conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all contracts.

Cost Management:

  • Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
  • Monitor and control procurement costs to optimize efficiency.
  • Identify and assess potential risks in the supply chain.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement process.
  • Evaluate and optimize sourcing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

OUR DETAILED SERVICES INCLUDE:

Payroll Administration and Management – ASTICOM will be responsible for the overall payroll management of the client's employee. This service includes the implementation of Asticom's very own payroll system.

Outsourcing/Shared Service Model – ASTICOM will enter an engagement with the client wherein Asticom will act as a service provider that will directly manage operations (people, tools of work, productivity, and others).

Staffing Services – ASTICOM will enter an agreement with the client as the principal. Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
