Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the department's processes and transactions.
The incumbent will also bring forth innovative ideas to enhance General Marketing strategies, benefiting all company units in boosting revenue.
This role plays a vital part in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for core products, focusing on expanding product and brand awareness to drive customer acquisition.
In charge of consumer marketing strategies and activation plans that drive business unit growth and profit goals, creating demand for Biocostech Philippines Corporation and its products.
Top Accountabilities:
A. Brand Marketing
- Gather and analyze customer and market insights, focusing on consumer behavior, product consumption experience, and marketing best practices to drive successful brand activations and expand the product portfolio based on consumer trends.
- Oversee marketing initiative execution across multiple channels and regions to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Strengthen products through advertising, promotions, online marketing, trade marketing, and event management.
- Lead effective Digital Marketing efforts on social media, E-Commerce Platforms, website marketing, and plan digital marketing campaigns including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Utilize analytical skills to evaluate the customer experience across various channels and touchpoints.
Skills and Competencies:
- Organization Skills: Plan and monitor work assignments and timelines.
- Time Management: Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Event Supervision: Oversee events from concept to implementation.
- Budget Management: Plan and project costs and manage resources according to the approved budget.
- Critical Thinking: Evaluate proposals and information to find efficient solutions.
Qualifications:
- College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or equivalent.
- At least five years of experience in the related field.
- Preferably an FMCG Manager with expertise in general marketing, Trade, and Online Marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the Skin Care industry is advantageous.
- Analytical, creative, organized, with strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills to evaluate sales team performance and provide coaching.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify sales opportunities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
