This position is responsible for the following:

  • Securing the Organization's IT Assets and Corporate & Client Data to ensure its Confidentiality, Availability, Integrity, and Privacy.
  • Support the business scaling ambitions by embedding security, providing IT operational support, and automating our internal IT Operational and Security stack.
  • Must be proactive and passionate about delivering IT services and security to our stakeholders in a way that makes their lives easier and drives positive business impacts.

  • Design and Govern AGO's IT Security Infrastructure and processes.
  • Provide foresight on IT Security needs as aligned with the organization's objectives.
  • Manage IT Security risks affecting the organization.
  • Establish, update, and implement Information Security Standards and Guidelines (e.g., IT Policies and Procedures, Security Incident Plan, Response Playbook, Configuration Benchmarks) as aligned with best practices, regulatory, and client requirements.
  • Prevent, respond, mitigate, escalate, and monitor security incidents and threats to the organization.
  • Plan, rollout and direct IT Security Projects.
  • Provide assistance in IT Operational directives.
  • Provide assistance in internal and client related security audits.
  • Deliver a smooth IT experience to our team and customers.
  • Assist the organization to enhance and automate business processes.
  • Assist in integrating various technologies (Cloud, SaaS, APIs) to enhance efficiency and user experience.

QUALIFICATIONS: MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • 5-10 years IT Security Experience.

TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS:

  • With excellent communication and negotiation skills in establishing business case for initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills that is capable of guiding and defining business requirements up to implementation.
  • With strong understanding of risk management capable of identifying, assessing, and mitigating security risks.
  • Relevant security certifications are an advantage. (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GSEC, OSCP)
  • Experience rolling out and utilizing critical Information Security Stack such as Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Identity Access Management, Data Loss Prevention Technologies, Network Protection, Email Security, Vulnerability & Patch Management, SIEM and Cloud Governance.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 - SharePoint, Onedrive, Outlook, CyberArk, and Azure AD
  • Experience with device management (Windows and MacOS)
  • Experience integrating different SaaS solutions to drive a business benefit (APIs, Zapier, , ClickUp, Service Now)
  • Understanding of security best practices (e.g, CIS, ISO 27002, NIST, OWASP) and how to implement them in a business environment.
  • Working experience in appropriately responding to security events such as Ransomware, Phishing, APT, Malware and Social Engineering.
  • Working knowledge utilizing the MITRE Framework for detection and response.
  • With experience evaluating impact of vulnerabilities based on CVSS/CVE and applicability to existing environment.
  • With independent capability to seek out appropriate technical solutions.
