Positions in this function include those responsible for designing/developing, programming, maintaining and publishing operational reports. Provides operational analysis utilized for decision making and may make recommendations based on the analysis and provide explanations for reporting results as needed for internal operational purposes as well as for customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Designs, develops, tests, documents, and maintains reporting tools and database queries
    Develops systematic reporting processes and procedures to ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, annual and ad hoc reporting to management
  • Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting
  • Understanding Business needs and accordingly Designs/Manages Databases
  • Translate large quantities of data into meaningful, professional, and easy to understand formats for various audiences
  • Combines various data sources and formats, into a comprehensive understanding of customer behaviors and feedback for service improvement opportunities
  • Meet with clients and users to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Recommends and implements new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information
  • Troubleshoot data integrity issues, analyze data for completeness to meet business needs, and propose documented solution recommendations
  • Creates on-line tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of staff in their role of servicing our customer
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 2nd year college undergraduate experience
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in any setting
  • Experience with data analytics
  • Proficient in using PowerBI, SQL, MS Excel, and Macro

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of reports analyst experience
  • Experience in using SSIS/SSRS and Python
