1. **Project Planning and Execution:**

Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities for the Cavite-Laguna Expressway project.

Develop and implement construction schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgetary constraints.

Coordinate with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and government agencies, to ensure smooth project progression.

2. **Team Management:**

Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including engineers, supervisors, and laborers.

Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to optimize performance and productivity.

Conduct regular meetings to communicate project objectives, expectations, and updates to the team.

3. **Quality Control and Assurance:**

Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Conduct inspections and audits to assess construction quality and identify areas for improvement.

Implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.

4. **Resource Management:**

Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower, efficiently to minimize waste and maximize productivity.

Procure and coordinate the delivery of construction materials and equipment as needed for project activities.

Monitor resource usage and expenditures to ensure alignment with project budgetary constraints.

5. **Risk Management:**

Identify potential risks and hazards associated with construction activities and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.

Implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all project personnel.

Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies on-site and initiate appropriate measures to address them.

**Qualifications:**

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Proven experience in construction management, particularly in highway or expressway projects.

Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

Excellent project management abilities, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.

In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.

Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Valid professional license or certification is a plus.
