Qualifications:

*Licensed Architect

*At least 5 years' experience on architectural design and relevant experience on project estimation (Shall submit portfolio).

*Willing to work in Cavite (Gen. Trias, Maragondon, Tanza)

Duties and Responsibilities:

*Creation and management of detailed designs and drawings of various construction project including their documentation.

*Conduct, analyze and monitor/validate cost estimation of various construction projects both prepared internally and as may be submitted by external parties.

*Preparation and presentation of reports, proposals, alternatives and other collaterals as may be required by superiors.

*Report to the Executive Vice President & COO.

*Supervise research and planning relating to the fallibility of potential projects.

*Review project contracts and other architectural or construction documents as may be required in the implementation of the project.

*Actively work closely with other professionals or representatives in project planning, execution, and turnover (entails site visits)
