  • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any business-related course
  • At least 3 years of experience as Restaurant Manager in a restaurant, food service, or retail outlet
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule, long hours, and during weekends and holidays

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To develop, implement, and monitor strategies and plans that will drive the achievement of store targets in all key business areas such as sales, profit, quality, and people
  • To continuously coach and motivate the store team in the proper implementation and execution of action plans that will result in excellent store performance
  • To ensure compliance of the store with relevant local and national government regulations
  • To regularly collaborate with the store management team and leadership team for issue resolution, status updates, feedback, etc.
  • To prepare and present data or reports for business reviews and other reporting requirements that may be needed from the store
  • To continuously plan and develop sales and marketing strategies and initiatives that will help the store achieve its sales targets in all applicable business channels and regularly communicate them to the store management team for proper implementation and monitoring
  • To oversee the launch of new products and closely monitor its sales and production to ensure quality and report any issues immediately as needed
  • To conduct market research and competitor studies, analyze the results, and recommend solutions or initiatives that will strengthen or improve store performance
  • To regularly check and ensure compliance of the store to cash control and inventory management standards and take immediate and/or necessary actions to correct any issues or deviations
  • To continuously plan and develop cost control strategies and initiatives that will help the store manage its resources better and improve store profitability
  • To regularly check and ensure compliance of the store to established company standards on food, safety, and cleanliness and take immediate and/or necessary actions to correct any issues or deviations
  • To act as Pollution Control Officer (PCO)
  • To properly manage any feedback and recommend solutions or initiatives that will resolve the issue or improve the store's performance, systems, and processes
  • To implement and ensure customer recovery through proper and effective handling of customer complaints and escalating them as needed
  • To regularly check the condition of the store and its equipment and provide recommendations to renovate, repair, or replace as needed
  • To prepare and implement the schedule of the store management team, as well as review and approve their timekeeping requests
  • To effectively plan and implement the manpower requirements of the store and ensure the right balance of efficiency and productivity is achieved without sacrificing quality of food and service
  • To develop and implement the store's succession plan, as well as grooming key talents to be able to handle higher level roles when needed
  • To continuously develop and improve the performance of each member of the store management team by conducting informal feedback sessions and regular performance appraisals, creating and implementing individual development plans, mentoring and coaching sessions, etc.
  • To closely monitor the training progress of Management Trainees and conduct the necessary certifications to ensure compliance with the training standards and requirements
  • To facilitate and address employee issues and concerns, as well as implement disciplinary actions when needed by following the due process
  • To review the performance of service providers and coordinate any issues and concerns to relevant personnel for timely resolution
  • To validate and ensure proper implementation of crew training standards and address issues if any
  • To act as the point person for crisis management and media handling
  • To act as the Emergency Response Team Lead and Safety Officer and ensure occupational safety and health standards are being properly implemented in the store
  • To regularly perform production and service management activities based on company standards during one's shift, as well as administrative tasks as needed
  • To implement activities for the continuous improvement of the store and the team
  • To perform other assigned tasks as needed
