This company is seeking a Sales Manager to be working with diverse group of individuals. Given your business-to-business sales experience, the team will be needing assistance in strategic B2B selling and account management.

What you'll do:

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's business. You will be responsible for providing senior leadership in turnkey selling and project implementation. Your role will involve preparing annual budgets, cash flows, business operations and sales activities. You will also handle pre-contracting activities like pre-bidding, bidding, turnkey sales close out for clients. Furthermore, you will develop project sales leads through industry partners and promote close relationships with existing clients.

You will have a strong ability to prepare annual budgets, cash flows, business operations and sales activities. Your experience in handling pre-contracting activities like pre-bidding, bidding, turnkey sales close out for clients will be crucial to your success in this role. Furthermore, you will have a proven track record in developing project sales leads through industry partners and promoting close relationships with existing clients.

  • Proven experience in providing senior leadership in turnkey selling and project implementation
  • Strong ability to prepare annual budget, cash flow, business operation and sales activities
  • Experience with handling pre-contracting activities like pre-bidding, bidding, turnkey sales close out for clients
  • Minimum of five years' sales experience in an engineering/healthcare industry
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written are critical and the individual should be well-organised, computer literate and detail-oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • MBA is a plus
  • Previously worked as an engineer
