Duties and Responsibilities:

-Performs sourcing, screening, and hiring activities. Implements the Talent Acquisition and recruitment process. -Conducts employee onboarding. Helps organize training & development initiatives. -Performs benefits administration tasks covering enrollment, claims processing, and benefits implementation. Handles SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, BIR, and other related matters. -Performs compensation administration tasks. Implements programs and ensures compliance with local labor wage and salary regulations. -Implements the employee discipline process in compliance with the Code of Conduct and local labor laws. -Ensures compliance with all other labor regulations. Performs tasks necessary for government manpower filings and reporting -Assists the site head/site HR in the development and implementation of human resource policies -Manages the employee records (201 files, employment contracts) and issuance of necessary certificates of employment -Ensures consistent and accurate HR operations, including but not limited to: timekeeping, document processing, preparing new employee files, maintaining employee records, and updating employment data. -Implements the general employee services activities. -Able to spearhead HR activities and event programs in the office. -Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace -Conducts regular HR skip-level meetings with employees

Minimum Qualifications:

-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent -Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources. -Understanding of general human resource policies and procedures -Good knowledge of employment/labor laws. -Excellent communication and people skills. -Knowledgeable of, and experience with, developing and updating HR manuals, policies, and procedures -Highly capable of implementing HR programs. -Must have an in-depth understanding of the principles and processes of the Human Resource function (e.g. payroll, recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, and performance management. -Experience in HRIS and Project management is an advantage (Sprout and Monday.com)
