As a People Operations Generalist, you will be managing the full employee life cycle including, but not limited to onboarding, C&B, payroll and timekeeping, employee requests and inquiries, HRIS management, P-file management, vendor billing validation, benefits administration, work pass services and offboarding. The ideal candidate has the initiative to ensure continuous People Operations and to improve employee experience.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Serve as contact point between Management and employeesFacilitate People Operation activities such as onboarding, C&B, payroll and timekeeping, employee requests and inquiries, HRIS management, P-file management, vendor billing validation, benefits administration, work pass services and offboardingEnsure compliance to government regulations and keep abreast on announcements from the governmentManage general C&B matters to ensure market competitiveness and internal equityManage employee relation concerns of employees including attending to internal/ external auditsHandle employee requests and inquiries on a daily basisPlan engagement activities for employees while adhering to budget considerationsPrepare policies and procedures related to People OperationsPerform other responsibilities as a People Operations Generalist, as needed

Qualifications & Skills

With at least 2 to 5 years experience in being an HR GeneralistGood verbal and written communication skillsExperience in handling HRIS is an advantageCan adapt to a fast-paced organization and multi taskHighly organized and detail oriented
