As a HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies, relevant labor laws, and taxation regulations. You will also handle inquiries from employees regarding their compensation and benefits and address any payroll-related issues as they arise.

You are also responsible for monitoring the performance evaluation of newly hired employees and ensuring there is no delay in the submission of evaluation forms.

Key Responsibilities:Prepared and review timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant data to calculate employee wages and salaries.EnEnsure accurate calculation of deductions, including taxes, benefits, and other withholdings.Process payroll transactions in a timely manner, meeting established deadlines.Generate and distribute paychecks or electronic payments to employees.Maintain and update employee payroll records, including personal information, tax forms, and banking details.Keep accurate records of all payroll transactions and adjustments.Respond to employee inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues promptly and professionally.Administer employee benefits such as government statutory benefits and other company benefits.Ensure that benefit deductions and contributions are accurately reflected in payroll.Utilize payroll software to process payroll efficiently.

Performance ManagementMonitor 3rd month and 5th month evaluation of newly hired employees.Administer Personnel Action Memorandum (salary adjustment, promotion, and other change of status)

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree of any Business course.With at least 3 years of experience as Payroll Officer or in a similar role.Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, particularly ExcelExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and time-management skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Willing to be assigned in Quezon City.
